XenoStep AI LLC (the "Company") collects and uses personal information as described below.

Collected items: Representative name, date of birth, contact information (email address and phone number), business registration number, legal entity name in Korean and English, settlement bank account information, and KYB submission documents (business registration certificate, corporate registry extract, copy of representative identification document, and copy of bankbook or bank account evidence).

Purpose of collection and use: Supplier eligibility review (KYB), payment of supplier fees, tax reporting (IRS Form 1042-S), service operation, and notices.

Retention period: Seven years after contract termination, based on United States tax record retention needs.

Right to refuse and consequence: You may refuse consent. If you refuse, you cannot use the Supplier service.
