1. Subscription Terms

1.1 Billing Cycle

1.1.1 Subscription billing cycles may be monthly, annual, or another period shown before purchase.

1.1.2 The subscription price, billing cycle, renewal timing, and included Product or Service are displayed before the Customer completes the purchase.

1.2 Auto-Renewal Disclosure

1.2.1 Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.

1.2.2 By purchasing a subscription, the Customer authorizes XenoStep AI LLC to charge the payment method on file for renewal charges and applicable taxes until cancellation.

1.3 Price

1.3.1 The Customer sees the subscription price in United States dollars unless checkout states another supported currency.

1.3.2 Taxes may be added at checkout based on the Customer's location, product type, and tax status.

2. Pre-Purchase Disclosure

2.1 Clear Subscription Summary

2.1.1 Before subscribing, the Customer is shown a clear and conspicuous subscription summary.

2.1.2 The summary includes the price, billing cycle, renewal date or renewal timing, automatic renewal terms, cancellation method, and how to access billing support.

2.1.3 The summary identifies XenoStep AI LLC as the seller and billing support provider.

2.2 Cancellation Method Before Purchase

2.2.1 Before purchase, the Customer is told that cancellation is available through the Customer Portal at billing.stripe.com or through a cancellation link provided in account, billing, or renewal communications.

2.2.2 The Customer is told that no phone call is required to cancel.

3. Affirmative Consent

3.1 Unchecked Checkbox

3.1.1 Before a subscription purchase is completed, the Customer must give affirmative consent to the automatic renewal terms.

3.1.2 The consent method must use an explicit checkbox that is unchecked by default.

3.1.3 The checkbox text must disclose that the subscription renews automatically, the Customer authorizes recurring charges, and the Customer may cancel before renewal.

3.2 Consent Records

3.2.1 XenoStep AI LLC may keep consent records, including timestamp, account email, product, price, billing cycle, IP address, checkout session identifier, and the exact consent text shown.

3.2.2 These records may be used for customer support, compliance review, fraud prevention, and payment dispute evidence.

4. Cancellation

4.1 How to Cancel

4.1.1 Customers may cancel through the self-service Customer Portal at billing.stripe.com.

4.1.2 Customers may also use a cancellation link provided in account, billing, renewal, or support communications when available.

4.1.3 No phone call is required to cancel.

4.2 Effective Date

4.2.1 Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless checkout, account settings, or applicable law state a different effective date.

4.2.2 After cancellation, the Customer may continue using the paid subscription through the end of the current billing period if access remains available under the Product or Service terms.

4.3 Confirmation

4.3.1 XenoStep AI LLC or Stripe may send a cancellation confirmation by email.

4.3.2 Customers should keep the confirmation for their records.

5. Renewal Notifications

5.1 Email Notice Before Renewal

5.1.1 XenoStep AI LLC sends an email renewal notice before a subscription renews when required by law or when configured for the applicable subscription plan.

5.1.2 The renewal notice includes the renewal amount, renewal date or renewal timing, Product or Service name, seller identity, and a cancellation link or instructions for cancellation.

5.2 Customer Responsibility

5.2.1 Customers must keep account and billing email addresses current so renewal notices and billing notices can be received.

6. Free Trial Conversion

6.1 Trial Disclosure

6.1.1 If a free trial is offered, the Customer will see the trial length, conversion price, billing cycle, conversion date or timing, and cancellation method before starting the trial.

6.1.2 If payment information is collected for a free trial, the Customer authorizes XenoStep AI LLC to charge the disclosed subscription price when the trial converts unless the Customer cancels before conversion.

6.2 Pre-Charge Notice

6.2.1 If applicable law requires notice before a free trial converts to a paid subscription, XenoStep AI LLC will send notice before the first charge.

7. Price Changes

7.1 Advance Notice

7.1.1 XenoStep AI LLC will provide at least 30 days' advance notice before a price increase applies to an existing paid subscription.

7.1.2 The notice will state the new price, effective date, Product or Service affected, and cancellation method.

7.2 Right to Cancel

7.2.1 The Customer may cancel before the new price takes effect.

7.2.2 Continued subscription use after the effective date may result in charges at the new disclosed price.

8. Governing Law

8.1 Delaware Law

8.1.1 This Subscription Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.

8.1.2 Mandatory consumer protection laws may apply when they cannot be waived by contract.
