Acceptable Use Policy

Sold by XenoStep AI LLC. Use of Products and Services must follow this Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Permitted Use

1.1 Authorized Access

1.1.1 Customers may use purchased Products and Services for lawful business or personal purposes within the plan limits, documentation, product terms, and these policies.

1.1.2 Customers are responsible for activity under their accounts, credentials, API keys, workspaces, and users.

1.2 Compliance

1.2.1 Customers must follow applicable laws, payment network rules, sanctions rules, export control rules, intellectual property laws, privacy laws, and product-specific restrictions.

2. Prohibited Activities

2.1 Illegal Use

2.1.1 Customers may not use Products or Services for illegal activity, fraud, deception, unlawful surveillance, trafficking, exploitation, or activities that violate the rights of others.

2.2 Sanctions Violations

2.2.1 Customers may not use Products or Services in violation of sanctions, embargoes, export controls, or trade restrictions administered by the United States or other applicable authorities.

2.3 Intellectual Property Infringement

2.3.1 Customers may not upload, distribute, generate, sell, or make available content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other rights.

2.4 Spam and Abuse

2.4.1 Customers may not send spam, phishing messages, unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive messages, or communications that violate email, telecom, or anti-abuse rules.

2.5 Malware and Security Abuse

2.5.1 Customers may not upload, distribute, host, or transmit malware, ransomware, spyware, credential stealers, exploit kits, or harmful code.

2.5.2 Customers may not probe, scan, attack, disrupt, scrape, overload, bypass, or interfere with systems, networks, authentication, rate limits, or security controls.

2.6 Misuse of Services

2.6.1 Customers may not resell access, share credentials, bypass usage limits, reverse engineer software, extract data at scale, or use automated access except as expressly allowed by product terms.

3. Sanctioned Countries and Persons

3.1 OFAC Compliance

3.1.1 XenoStep AI LLC screens and restricts activity as needed for Office of Foreign Assets Control rules and other sanctions programs.

3.1.2 Customers may not use Products or Services if they are on a restricted-party list or are owned or controlled by a restricted party.

3.2 Blocked Jurisdictions

3.2.1 Products and Services may not be used from Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or Russia-occupied territories.

3.2.2 XenoStep AI LLC may block additional jurisdictions when required by law, risk controls, payment processor rules, or product restrictions.

4. Enforcement

4.1 Suspension and Termination

4.1.1 XenoStep AI LLC may suspend or terminate access for suspected or confirmed violations of this Acceptable Use Policy.

4.1.2 XenoStep AI LLC may remove content, restrict features, cancel orders, refuse renewals, or close accounts when needed to protect users, systems, payment networks, suppliers, or the public.

4.2 Reporting to Authorities

4.2.1 XenoStep AI LLC may report suspected illegal activity to law enforcement, regulators, payment networks, processors, or affected parties when appropriate or required.

4.3 No Waiver

4.3.1 Failure to enforce a restriction immediately does not waive XenoStep AI LLC's right to enforce it later.

5. Reporting Violations

5.1 How to Report

5.1.1 Suspected violations should be reported to support@xenostep.ai.

5.1.2 Reports should include account identifiers, URLs, screenshots, message headers, timestamps, and a clear description of the issue when available.
